THE COMPANY
Christian Senning Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG is a medium-sized machinery company with more than eighty employees in its headquarters Bremen.
As independent family-owned company we combine vast competency with high flexibility for the benefit of our internationally engaged customers. We sell 80 % of our wrapping machines in foreign markets all over the world.
The company founder Christian Senning started his business in 1949 by repairing packaging machines for the local cigarette industry. Shortly afterwards, he began designing his own machines for packaging consumable goods in cellophane.
At the end of the 1950s the company took the bold move to the up-and-coming paper industry, laying the foundation for the company's future success. Wrapping of paper and tissue products of each type into polypropylene or polyethylene film became the company’s fundamental area of success.
Now we expanded our expertise gained during more than sixty years to a new area of operations – Senning Solar. Our product system featuring liability, efficiency and flexibility is based on our technical know-how and practical experience.
