The high breakage rate of wafers and cells is a serious problem in the solar industry. Up to now they were packed into polystyrene boxes and usually fixed with foam. Through this inadequate securing there was a great danger of damage during transport due to vibrations, rubbing and side loads.Senning has developed a system
to minimize the breakage rate substantially.
We offer complete solutions for wafers and cells, i.e. from testing, sorting, packaging and cartoning to palletizing - providing a system from one source.In addition, there is a solution to unwrap again, to separate and to integrate the products directly into the production process at your customer`s site.
The system is of modular design. All machines are also individually available. This enables us to compose in each case the optimal solution for you.
